What payment options are available?

We have two standard payment options available.  You may have your payments automatically deducted through our ACH program, or you may receive paper statements.  You may remit payment by check via regular mail to our PO Box, or online through our website.


What is ACH?

It is a great way to process your payments and best of all it is FREE. We can automatically deduct your payments on the 5th, 15th, or 25th of the month, from a checking or savings account of your choice.  


Why should I choose to have my payments auto deducted?

Go paperless!   No paper statements, envelopes, postage or mail delays to mess with. It helps avoid late fees!

 

How do I set up ACH?

It is simple, just complete our ACH form and fax along with a voided check to 800-342-6855.  Call us today at 800-247-8136 to get started or simply print the PDF form.


How do I change or update by bank information?

Contact us at 800-247-8136 to obtain a copy of our ACH form or simply print the attached pdf form and submit via email to welcometoblc@banleaco.com or fax to 800-342-6855.


Paper Statements

Statements are mailed 3 weeks prior to your due date.  You may make your payment via mail, online or calling customer service at 800-247-8136.  If you choose to mail a check please include the remittance stub and mail to: Bankers Leasing Company, PO Box 7740, Urbandale, IA  50323.  You may use your checking information to process a payment through our website, click here to make payment now.  Or call us toll free M-F 8:00 -5:00 CST at 800-247-8136.

Are there any other fees?

If a payment is received after the 5 day grace period, a late fee will be assessed according to the terms of the lease agreement.   Late fees are typically $20.00 or 5% of the lease payment whichever is greater.


If a payment is returned and not honored by your financial institution, a $35 NSF fee is assessed.  In the event this causes your payment to exceed the grace period you may also incur a late fee.

Simply contact customer service at 800-247-8136 or complete the attached pdf form and submit via email to welcometoblc@banleaco.com or fax to 800-342-6855.
